Staff are knowledgeable, a little bit pushy but not in an obvious way. Also, I hate the attitude with local salespeople who tune out when they realize you are just browsing and may not make a purchase. That was definitely the case when I told the salesman they did not have the particular model I was looking for but continued to try on another piece. Their prices are not great, 10-15% offered at most, there are definitely places that will be more accommodating price wise.
