I had a great experience with Yvone at this animal hospital. She was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She helped me with a complicated paperwork situation and made everything much easier to understand and complete. You can tell she truly cares about both the pets and the people who come in. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend this animal hospital!

My senior cat was in rough shape, and I knew the odds were against us. Unlike other clinics that might push for endless tests and injections (bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc.) just to bill you, Dr. Katherine was incredibly honest and professional. She detailed her observations and gave us clear options—from expensive treatments with low success rates to the most difficult decision of ending his suffering 😿😿. Her transparency about the risks and the reality of his age showed she truly cared for my cat’s well-being over profit. Thank you, Dr. Katherine and the team, for your integrity and compassion.

We had an outstanding experience at ExoVet Exotic Veterinary Hospital and would highly recommend them to any exotic pet owner. We initially brought our bunny in because we noticed she was drinking an unusual amount of water, and we're so glad we did. The team was thorough and caring from the start. Dr. Ferran conducted a very detailed initial examination and was great at listening to our concerns. Dr. Sheyla was our main veterinarian who performed a necessary needle extraction with immense skill and gentleness. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put us at ease. Throughout the process, they were incredibly professional. They provided excellent, practical advice on next steps and treatment options for our bunny's recovery. Furthermore, their follow-up care has been exceptional; they have actively checked in to see how she is doing, which we truly appreciate. ExoVet provides a wonderful combination of expertise, compassion, and proactive communication. Thank you to Dr. Sheyla, Dr. Ferran, and the entire team for taking such good care of our girl

This is a wonderful hospital with awesome veterinary teams for exotic pets. We are grateful to Dr Ferran and team for their expertises and dedication in caring for our lil bird that weigh merely 7 gram. Our bird was in a critical condition and reached a point we almost lost him forever. Dr Ferran set the expectation and clearly explained the treatment options, phases of the recovery journey, 'signs of go south', all of that. Our bird responded well to the treatment and bounced back to life after a week. Thank you Dr Ferran & team for saving our lil 7.

Our rabbit, Oreo, underwent emergency surgery for liver torsion, gastric impaction from foreign material, and partial necrosis of the cardias. We are incredibly thankful for the exceptional care provided by the team at ExoVet. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ferran and Dr. Tsai for their surgical skill and calm expertise in handling such a rare and critical condition. We also deeply appreciate the nurses for their gentle, unwavering care and support. Even after discharge, their support continued with detailed recovery guidance and follow-up check-ins. This level of dedication means everything to us. Thank you for saving his life and for your compassionate care throughout.
