Found out about this through their ads on IG. Before you start you fill in a questionnaire, and you’re taken into a room with someone from reception to check your scalp and hair concerns. The process after was not really what I expected. Pros - change of clothes provided - individual rooms - hair smelled great - massage was good - red light at the end was nice - convenient location Cons - the chair was comfy but every time you moved the cushion would adjust - when they dry your hair it’s on the reclined chair so my hair at the bottom was still wet even though she said we were done - like a factory feel, there’s limited space at the washing station so you have to wait your turn, they won’t continue massaging if there’s no chairs available so you may end up with a lull between the dry massage and hair wash - no explanation between massage or areas so I wasn’t sure what was happening or what I was receiving - not like the IG, you don’t get an eyemask or given the option to receive one. - at the end the try to sell you a package, took me 4 times to say no before I left - the assistant seemed like a germaphobe and would literally use a tissue to hold things or the door handle - my hai
