I had a great experience with Fair Employment Agency in Hong Kong while arranging my domestic helper’s visa. Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and they responded quickly to every query. The entire timeline was well-managed, and thanks to their efficiency, my helper arrived safely and smoothly in Hong Kong. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone needing similar support.

Horrible experience! The contact is only by e-mail and therefore very impersonal and also very inefficient. You basically spend days just writing back and forth instead of just calling or exchanging a WhatsApp number and you get very few candidates suggested which most of them were not tailored to the customer's wishes at all. The Interview you have to lead alone and without any assistance. Therefore I don’t understand the high pricing from this agency because really not much is offered. Very sad. I had much better experiences with other agencies who are really worth the money because they put in effort. Can’t recommend.

Charging a very high fee because they have too many staff members (non-profit but they still take a salary, it’s not a volunteer non-profit), and not very efficiently run with no communication between 7 staff that’s handing your one case. Pretty bad overall experience twice. First helper placement was horrible, did a horrible job, bad attitude, and helper quit after 2 months. They provided no screening or training. Second was direct hire (they didn’t help me find as they send badly screened candidates), and was being handled poorly, both my side as an employer, and also the helper side employee (she complained to me). Most of the time your "agent" in charge in on holiday on random days, and different stages are handled by different people. They pass you on to other "team members" who are not familiar with the case, and do a poor job, with bad communication. Your case is handled by 6 or 7 different people, which is horrible since you have to re-explain everything, wasting my time. Charges a lot of random hidden fees in the name of non-profit and transparency, so it’s not inclusive of everything. Too many staff and said they’re too busy to do airport pickup.

Have used Fair for a number of years now both for new helper hire and contract renewal. In all cases have found them to be professional, efficient and clear on costs. Have never been asked for additional payments unlike some past experiences with other agencies. Will continue to use and support them, they provide a great service.
