下層空中花園可任食BBQ，上層係室內酒吧，有唱K舞台。 天氣涼涼地，我同朋友揀咗室外BBQ，見到一大盤嘢食真係好有驚喜！😍食材種類好豐富，有牛豬雞扒、秋刀魚、豬頸肉、腸仔、雞翼、各種丸類、腐皮魚肉卷等，仲有蔬菜類例如翠玉瓜、金針菇、粟米、大白菜等。肉類有調到味，好食喎！ 店內其中一個賣點係有得獎國際調酒師駐場。所以我哋當然要試吓佢哋嘅招牌cocktails！第一款cocktail係將花旗參釀入日本山梨威士忌🥃，真係估唔到有依個組合。花旗參香氣特出，同山梨威士忌嘅果香同甜味互相平衡，酒味濃郁，好喜歡😍。另一款cocktail 🍹帶柚子果香，清新中帶陣陣香甜，酒味香醇輕盈，非常好入口😋。兩款我都覺得好飲，有機會嘗試埋其他cocktails。

昨晚在銅鑼灣鬧市有一家餐廳 Falò Bistro, 餐廳雙層設計可拍出不同風格。下層為戶外天台 BBQ 區,上層為室內酒吧及 KTV。即使在市中心也能享受燒烤的體驗。 Falò Bistro使用備長炭作為燃料,溫度高而且少煙,可以讓食物更快熟透。即使在炎熱的夏日,餐廳的通風設備也能確保用餐環境不太悶熱：而BBQ 食材約20多種，包括牛扒、豬肉、雞肉及腸等,並有特製泰式醬汁和蜜糖可選。 Falò Bistro的雞尾酒 由國際調酒師協會會員並得獎者調製,更有Omakase定制服務,為每位客人量身調配獨特雞尾酒。 為我定製的是桂花山梨配伏特加，以花旗參做嘅山梨，飲落有花旗參嘅甘味，襯配襯酒的味道 逢星期四仲有 Live Band 表演,加上天台夜景，Falò Bistro位於銅鑼灣駱克道,提供3小時任食任飲的BBQ套餐,讓你在市中心也能盡享燒烤及酒吧的夜生活

【在鬧市摸住酒杯底 BBQ 看夜景】 想飲酒 Chill 下又想 BBQ，但只有兩個人， 除了 Party Room 還有什麼選擇呢？ 佔兩層的 Falò Bistro 位於銅鑼灣鬧市，就可以摸住酒杯底 BBQ。 未進門就被門口的 Pixel 打卡外牆吸引，還掛著一個被迫營業中的牌子(笑)上層是頗有格調的酒吧，更設有飛鏢機可以玩。 不過在玩之前先醫肚子。走樓梯到下層便是BBQ場，能在天台看銅鑼灣夜景。餐桌都是露營用的，坐起來都幾舒服，燒烤的用具亦很齊全。而且這裡燒烤是使用備長炭，溫度穩定的特性讓食物不會那麼容易被燒焦。 3小時任食任飲 BBQ 套餐 HKD388起，最基本的價錢已經很多食物。牛扒、豬扒、雞扒都好大塊，除了基本的調味料，也有特製的惹味泰式辣醬。另外還有各種丸類、腸等，沒想到也有多春魚。 當然亦包括蔬菜包，其中有金菇、娃娃菜、粟米等非常豐富。 任飲的則是無酒精飲品自己在雪櫃拿，會有汽水、茶。 吃到差不多就回到酒吧那層，逢星期四晚會有 Live Band。 第一節在 20:30 開始，所以想邊 Chill 住飲酒邊聽歌，可以選這個時間過來。Band 水準幾高，再加上店內 Bartander 是曾獲得獎盃兼國際調酒師協會會員，吸引度大大提高，Omakase cocktail 在調酒的過程亦有驚喜。我們喝的那杯是柚子 Gin。 這裡除了有包場服務，還是寵物友善餐廳。想一班朋友來玩，考慮到餐廳地點、食物質素等都幾值得選擇的喔。
