Great shop and amazing customer care. I was traveling to Hong Kong and as a bike enthusiast I wanted to check out this shop. The staff is very friendly and I got myself a Flying Ball branch Jersey.

This is an update on my previous review in early October 2024....we did get our bikes on time aas promised. Very happy with my caad13 eTap AXS.... Went back and got measured n bike set up. Then we took the bikes down to Thailand, so Hua Hin for a Long weekend riding. Am very happy with it and continue to have very enjoyable rides... Would go back and buy again for sure.

Well, some good and some bad reviews.....I'm average, not been riding too long but have been riding an old Cannondale for past 4 years and decided was time for an upgrade and buy a new bike. First visit to the shop also felt a bit like I was being shown expensive stuff, but after pulling teeth managed to find a CAAD13 that suited. I went back in about a week later with a friend and same guy again but was not filling us with confidence. Mr. Lee was on hand to offer advice, and we got there in the end and we both bought new bikes. Am now waiting for the message to tell me it's been build and ready. Will update my review then. But so far and very satisfied...

I was displeased by the service provided. I ordered a new bike frame and wanting for a complete bike built from it. The sales acted hypothetically as he initially was quite keen to response but he became more reluctant as more questions were thrown. I almost got a single yes no answer after waiting for a whole day. It feels like they don’t care much about customers not buying high end expensive bikes, and it feels so tiring to deal with him. The so called professional clerk could not describe the difference between two wheel set when asked. So in the end I decided to take the frame I already ordered to another bike shop. The clerk I dealt with dropped my seat pose to the floor when he was packing the frame without apologising, causing a few scratches on it. Initially I decided to give this shop a try after those good comments, but the actual experience disappointed me. I would not suggest this shop unless you want to experience being disrespected. In fact, I also took a broken wheel of Cannodale few years ago to the shop asking for fix, but was declined by them. Their only trump card is being the dealer of Cervelo, Santa Cruz and Cannodale.

Been looking for a bike company to help me find parts for my old XTR Shimano Bike.. been to different shops... Flying Ball Bicycle for me stand up when it comes to serving their customer like myself- special mention to Raquem (am not sure if spell it correctly) but this guy really help me. Thanks. Great shop if you are shopping for any kind of bike.
