Our first visit to this claw machine arcade was very enjoyable. We had a great time and won several prizes, which is why we chose to return. We were visiting from Canada and made a point of coming back because of how much we enjoyed the experience the first time. Unfortunately, our second visit was extremely disappointing due to poor organization and inadequate customer service. After waiting approximately 30 minutes in line to redeem our prizes for points, we selected the items we wished to exchange. One of the items was displayed on a shelf behind the counter and was not accessible to customers. When we requested it, the associate informed us that we would need to find another employee to retrieve the item and then return to the back of the line. In other words, after already waiting 30 minutes, we were expected to leave the counter, locate assistance for an item only staff could access, and then wait another 30 minutes to complete the transaction. I confirmed this multiple times because the request was unreasonable. It was only after I expressed clear frustration that another associate stepped in, retrieved the item, and processed the transaction at an available register. Thi
