Make sure you Whatsapp them first, they'll give you instructions and directions, it was super easy and clean! My first time washing in a laundromat, honestly highly recommend this place

This laundrette is a few yards from the Holiday Inn Express although access to it is via a lift which is situated at the side of 99 How Ming Street . The launderette is very compact and customers are provided with access instructions to enter the room. Customers may prefer to use the collect and return service which may be more useful for hotel guests - I used this service for convenience. The cost is reasonable and set at a particular charge/rate for a given weight of laundry to be washed. The laundry can be contaced via WhatsApp and the owner is reasonably quick to respond to queries.

We found this laundromat near our hotel. The lady there was kind enough to load our wet laundry into the dryer so we didn’t need to wait. To find the place you need to walk down an alley way, then take the elevator to the 8th floor. Luckily the lady was there to let us in, otherwise you use WhatsApp to communicate. There are different options to pay. There are about 7 washer and dryers. I would use them again. The price was reasonable and it took 2 hrs to wash and dry.

Used them twice in my trip to Hong Kong. Pretty convenient location and machines are clean, well maintained and easy to operate. If I want to nitpick, you need to make sure that you have an active WhatsApp account for entry and cash payments. The electronic payment options are limited to QR code type of local e-payment method. Even then, the overall experience was still very pleasant.

I really love this 初洗 first laundry during our trip in HK and appreciate the workers and all they have done to keep the store well running with the amazing staff. They do provides collects, cleans, dry and delivers the clothes to the hotel promptly. The clothes are returned clean and everything was folded perfectly and professionally and our clothes smell good. I am very happy with their service and will be using them again. Highly recommend!
