The dry function in One of the machine (WC4) is not working, i paid extra hkd20 for dry but all clothes are still wet. I have tried to contact them by whatsapp but no one response. Poor experience

Super easy to use. And when I got the instructions wrongly. I just Whatsapp them and they will help solve it instantly. Pricing reasonable. Seems popular as weekends always full

Not the best experience. If you just wanna wash, that's ok. But if you need to dry also, then I wouldn't do it. Even though I did a very long dry time, the clothes was still wet. Plus some of my dirty sweaty laundry didn't smell right still after washing. If the load is too big, I wouldn't use it again. Better when you have a washer and a dryer separately.

First time trying self service laundry in Hong Kong and this place made it super easy. The price is reasonable and the result is satisfactory. I was able to do a load with t shirts and jeans for an hour including wash and dry, everything came out clean and dry. I will use this service again whenever I stay in this area for future visit.

If you are not very careful about following directions exactly (clothes in, set the machine first, then pay, then hit start on the machine) you're apt to just not have the machine run and you lose your money. But honestly, the steps are listed there, so just follow what it says and you'll be fine (five other people were including on the machine that woman had tried using). The machines are massive, full 55 pound capacity and you could probably fit a pair of comforters to give you an idea of how big it is. We had 4 days of clothing for a family of 5 and we barely took up half of it. The other laundrymats around were tiny in comparison. It did a great job cleaning. The detergent, which is provided with a wash, did not leave a smell afterwards (a common complaint elsewhere). The downside, the drying. We had some thicker clothes such as sweatpants and hoodies (due to traveling through colder places in China) and it did not dry those well. We did the standard 30 min wash and 30 dry, then did an additi
