Our whole family went on a 13-day trip. After searching online, we found Forestlife Cat Hotel and visited in person to check out the environment before deciding to board our cat there. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Our cat had a truly happy and comfortable vacation there. I’m very glad we chose Forestlife. The staff are all incredibly caring, loving, and professional. In addition to being able to check on our cat anytime through CCTV, the staff sent us plenty of photos and videos every day of our cat eating, sleeping, and playing, along with a thoughtfully written daily “vacation diary.” This allowed us to stay fully updated on our cat’s condition and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. There was plenty of daily interaction and playtime, and it was clear that our cat was having a wonderful time—he even became very affectionate with the staff. This made us feel especially reassured during our trip. When we picked up our cat today, he was reluctant to leave and kept turning back to look. My cat spent a very happy night in the hotel. My cat needs to be with human being a lot. Staff at the hotel played with her and kept holding her and touching her, making her feeling safe. All the staff and the boss are cat-lovers and they are so considerate and well-prepared. The hotel feels hygenic and cozy. They also I am so lucky that I chose this hotel.

My cat Shiny stayed at this amazing cat hotel for 12 days, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The caretakers were incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly love what they do. Shiny was pampered with treats, toys, and plenty of playtime—and even gained a little healthy weight during her stay! 🐾 I especially appreciated the daily updates with detailed reports and adorable pictures, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Highly recommend this place to any cat parent looking for a caring and comfortable environment. Shiny will definitely be coming back! 💕🐱
