Admiralty is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

This lady called Lina who works here, she knew I was a foreigner and was trying to charge me 100HKD for 1 photo. I’ve done this before at other foto max which was less than 10HKD (but minimum spend 30hkd so i understand this) Later I asked to print 1 photo and she says it takes 1hour - i complained and she says it takes 45 mins. It’s 9:15am and nobody was here. Don’t go here. Go to 2nd floor - there’s EC color where they charge 10HKD no minimum charge.

Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly staff who couldn't even handle a simple passport photo service. They wasted my time and I left without getting what I needed.

They overcharge which is to be expected for a fotomax, however their service is the most appalling I've experienced. Lied about the time, charged me extra for pictures I didn't need, and refused to be helpful in any regard. Highly recommend finding another branch if you just want some semblance of service while paying the same extortionate prices. There's alternatives in the same building you can choose that offer better service.

Very unfriendly lady works in this shop. She was constantly talking rudely to people, telling them to wait outside the shop. And even for a simple printout the time needed was more than half an hour. Instead of this shop, there are other photo shops on the 2nd floor. Also, she is biased towards other nationalities and doesn't respect inclusion. What a shame.

They should respect opening hours. walk 20min up there just to find the shop is closed temporarily and not reopening until 30min. What a waste of time.
