Owned 5 Volvos on the past 23 years, worst experience ever from their sales representative Emily. Mono conversation with yes/no answers, inappropriate specification and price offered. Shame on Wearnes Motors building so well in Singapore. Not recommend in Hong Kong.

Unprofessional sales, very poor aftersale service, i feel like Wearnes just don't care about their customers. Go buy from other car brands, or just don't buy volvo in HK.

Very disappointed after sales service. One time my car just finished the service and all the warning lights lid up only after driving one block away from the Li Yu Mun service center then I drove right back to them and wonder what was going on how could it happen! No answer of course. The service center then kept my v40 for another 12 days and parked on the roadside. I found out because I left my work folder in the car. They drove my car from the meter carpark which was full of dust! I have to rent a car for my daily work for 11 full days! Recently I called the new Shatin service center and thinking that they may change their team but guess what? No one picks up the call. I really like the 5 stars car but the service is really unbelievably bad. I am now using my own engineers for maintaining myv3 years old car. They are much better to compare to the Volvo Service Centre!

I traded in my v40 for a 2017 xc40 last week, i would like to give 70/100 asthe score about the features of the car. However, at this moment, certain problems like the malfunctions on doors .........etc Furthermore, 65/100 is the score I want to give to sales team. Concerning the maintenance department, I used to have a lot of hopes and wishes on the new team. Very damn disappointed, few months later, I will travel to Europe and one of the stop will be Sweden. My customers there promise me to go to their offices. Let me tell them I am fed up with how I came across the services, the management was completely incompetent.
