The main pool is too crowded with 25 meters long and 4 lanes. Half of the main pool is coaching area with kids. Another half is more with elderlies. Shallow 0.9m to 1.2m deep. Water is blurred and poor water quality. The kids pool is play areas designed for small kids. Something like 0.4m deep. The users are much less and the design of the pool is inefficient for swimming but good for playing If you have small kids, enjoyable.

It's very small and often too crowded for people who actually want to swim. But it is a good place to take your kids to have some fun

On March 7, 2019 at 16:00, I came here to use the indoor facilities for the first time. I did not bring any $5 coin and the gate keeper happily changed my $100 note. The facilities are compact in every way, but here is Island East, and I swam my 40 laps including one in butterfly style!

It's a decent swimming pool for kids, and good lap pool for adults, however it is freezing cold in summer time. Very quiet on weekday mornings, but you will be shivering.
