Clean, Nice, Safe& Secure apartment towers, with club house, gym, swimming pool. Right next to the best and biggest green park in Kowloon. Convenient transportation. Near various quality restaurants and shops with attractive/ reasonable pricing. Far better than buildings at Kowloon Station, especially for people with kids.

Nice 3 towers apartment building(s) to live in. Very excellent location, just in corner of the Kowloon Park. At the corner of the building & shopping mall is the Austin station, and few minutes walk away is Jordan station. Small but decent gym & pool. Small mall under the living towers. 24/7 security.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I went to Hong Kong and rented an apt using Airbnb. This time, we stayed at Victoria Towers, a super nice complex with apartments, a restaurant, a supermarket and tiny shopping mall, a gym and pool. Security was great, 24/7. The building was extremely clean, the pool was too, and the elevators ran quickly. If you're lucky to have a balcony (30th or maybe 31st) floors and higher, you can sit out there and look at Victoria Harbor and the city lights from the buildings. The location is great, near Austin Station with nearby restaurants and shopping. Public transportation was readily available.

Not new but clean building. It has gym, pool and other facilities at clubhouse. Nice view from upper levels. Car noise is annoying 24h.

Great open view of the park in back. The back of the towers is also very quiet (since the buildings are on Kowloon park) so you can easily leave your windows open without being disturbed by street noise.
