If u do not mind the pick up time might not be as promised, (at least one month wait) and there is no price list you can refer to, go ahead place the order. It is a small family shop. U cannot expect efficiency or extra/friendly service.. In terms of quality, I would say it is adequate. Not yet to say I will be a repeat customer.

They do difficult jobs, very well stitched & rugged patch repairs 💪🏼. #Q: So What? #A: If you stress out your footwear; > ⛰️off-road hiking or on > 🏃🏻♂️running tracks they do great work. Recommended by marathon & trail hiking friends alike, my experience echoes theirs, ***I will return*** and bring them more. PS Are you a Gweilo unsure if language or distance are worth the trip from Central ? I). Their English is fine - no worries. II). This family is better than so many of the 'fronts' for outsourcing shops I've tried around Worldwide House & Peddar Street. This family does the work themselves. You're only regret is not having tried them sooner.

My boots fell apart while at the Jao Tsung-I Academy museum, went here to see if he could fix them around 50HKD it took him 5 minutes, but he said it was a temporary repair and I should come back in a few days to have them properly fixed a year later, his work is still holding strong haha plan on going back in a few weeks to have them properly resoled good cobblers are hard to find, let alone ones who are willing to work on none standard boots! Update: got my sole repaired, beautiful job, every other cobbler refused because there was too little leather where it had torn,

Bad service!!! I took my long boots to them on 17 Dec 2023, the man asked me to pick up on 27 Jan 2024, I accepted it. On 16 Jan night, I messaged to ask if I can pick up my boots on 27 Jan, the man told me i might need to wait 1 more week…. So I will get my long boots for Spring?!? He kept saying 1.5 months is normal, but it is already more than a month (12/19 - 1/27), and if he thought it is not going to be done, why did he write that date on the receipt?!? I asked for a refund but he refused it, until I kept asking…….. he promised the date but he didn’t make it, refunding is not my fault right?!?

Very bad customer services. I was told that I could get my shoes on 16 June so I went to there in the afternoon. However, it turned out that he did not fixed my shoes and told me to get it couple hours later. It wasted my times to go back and fourth and ruined my schedule.
