I wouldn't give them even one star if that was an option. Originally went in there for the Canon G7x Mark 3 but while the other staff was "getting the camera from the storeroom", the seller convinced me to get another camera which was "better quality, latest model". I found a month later that he had sold me a 2k camera for 5k. I had told the staff I was a beginner to photography and was expecting his help and expertise but instead he took it as a chance to prey on me. I went back to the shop to confront him and the manager told me rudely, "HK is a free market, I can charge however much I like. I can charge 10k for that 2k camera. This is my shop." I called the police on the shop but they told me although they have received many complaints from this shop, technically what they are doing isn't illegal. Tourists especially, please be aware and always use Price.com.hk to compare prices before buying any expensive items.

Bait and switch. Offered a lens, told in stock by two seperate people. Price was very low and no other shop would even come close even though I did not try to barter. When I committed to buy it, suddenly couldn't get it until after I was leaving HK. Kept trying to offer me an alternate "equivalent" at full price, while trying to make out that I'd chosen a bad lens. (Nikkor 14-24) . After pushing me to buy a different lens for long b time. Aggressively pushed my cash back to me.

they are scammer, first they will show you all the China made products to make attractive that the products are cheaper from other shops, and once you paid to them and then they will explain the reality and then finally you have to pay more higher as they will offer because you have no other choice. Also price are much higher than other showrooms. Company offers original products they will replace with the original one inside and they will give you the lower and cheaper class product. Be careful and don't go to that shop.

Quaint little shop with lots of camera accessories and goodies to choose from. Latest equipment and accessories. I was looking for a particular model of camera and found it quickly. They pulled it out of the warehouse and got it to me in five minutes. The sales pitch has a bit of up selling, but they I willing to negotiate on price. If you know what equipment items you want and they have it in stock they’ll get it for you very helpfull and obliging. When purchasing your item, they give you a written receipt with a written and signed warranty.

Just one of many fly-by-night camera shops in TST run by unscrupulous money-grubbers who’s main aim is to con gullible tourists. The scams are many and varied and range from simple bait and switch tactics to more elaborate cons to outright lying to customers. When I walked in with a medium format film camera and ask about something unrelated to the camera I was using at the time the sales assistant asked me if I wanted something “to make my camera more HD”. Just plain old BS. Avoid at all costs.
