Very unprofessional. Had to wait for almost an hour to get a simple haircut after washing my hair. Because the so called hairstylist was busy checking the dyeing process of another customer. I did not like my haircut at all. A complete waste of money and time, and utter disrespect.

Had a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and considerate. They managed to fit in 3 of us on short notice and still gave amazing results. Really appreciated them staying a bit late to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back!

Had my hair done at GIHO and was lucky to have Harry as my stylist. I told him in advance I was on a tight schedule, and he gave me full one-on-one service and even finished earlier than expected. He’s super professional, attentive, and has great taste — I really love how my hair turned out. Highly recommend Harry if you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled!

Giho is amazing! the stylists (especially Jason) are highlgy skilled and pay great attention to details. The atmosphere is relaxing and the services are fabulous. My haircut and color turned out perfect. The staff is friendly and professional, making the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking fo a top-quality salon!

💇🏻‍♀️Since I desperately need a haircut cos my hairstyle is so out of shape. As currently staying in Mira TST, so I randomly walk in to GIHO and they assigned Warren Lo be my stylist. I told him i need some layers as i have a very fine hair…. with the humidity in HKG it makes my hair very flat which is totally annoying! 😫 After a brief communication and he’s very patient with me. Totally satisfied with the results!! I highly recommend his service- wash, cut & dry package only cost HKD $280! I found it such a valued and reasonable considering in TST area, thank you very much 😉👍🏻
