I have been here multiple times to repair my HP laptop. Each time the quality of the work has been as expected and the turn around time within reason. Repairs come with a one-month warranty. The price seems fair and all costs are clear and upfront. The staff speak excellent English so communication is easy. However, they are slow to get in touch with updates. The one-hour checking usually ends up taking the whole afternoon. I definitely recommend this shop!

I am disappointed with my experience here. I paid to have my laptop screen replaced, but the new screen broke in less than a month. When it was first returned to me, the lid of the laptop would not close properly and would stay slightly open. Shortly after, the screen developed a crack. I did not drop or bang the laptop anywhere, it was simply inside my bag when it cracked. When I returned to the shop, I was told the issue was "man-made damage," and they offered to repair it again for the full original cost. In my opinion, the improper installation or a low-quality replacement part caused the failure, and I do not feel comfortable paying for the same service twice. I suggest potential customers read through all the reviews and exercise caution before deciding to leave their devices here.
