Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

A building is built around 1970s and is used for the government for preserving and working on monuments & heritage projects. It’s not open to the public as it’s used as an office building. A nice heritage building.

This is the oldest surviving school building constructed for the children of foreign residents in Hong Kong. Ho Tung (later Sir Robert Ho Tung) donated $15,000 to the government in 1900 to found a school in Kowloon. Officially opened on 19 April 1902, the building is a typical Victorian structure, but was modified to suit the local climate with the addition of wide verandas, high ceilings and pitched roofs. It houses the Antiquities and Monuments Office after its restoration. (AMO)

Good for those who are interested in old architecture building. Purely visiting for the building and its history. It is a rare place which provides quiet environment in such a busy district.

A lovely Gothic revival styled former school building, esp. rare for the French door design with the 'juliet balconies'
