觀塘跆拳道班 is a martial arts school or sports venue in Kwun Tong, at 九龍觀塘開源道72號2樓A1室. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. This is an upstairs shop: the way in is usually through the building lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Public pools and sports facilities run by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department are inexpensive, and many can be booked through the SmartPLAY system; most outdoor pools close in winter while heated indoor pools stay open all year. Private gyms and studios vary in price and facilities, so visit and compare.

Google lists it as open 24 hours, seven days a week, though arrangements may change in a typhoon or other special circumstances, so call if it matters. You can call 6122 7880; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. As this is a mobile number, a WhatsApp message may also work. More information is on its website, facebook.com.

No Google reviews yet, so a personal recommendation or a quick call is the best guide; many small shops still run on regulars and word of mouth.

Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.
