Excellent customer service. It's a calm spacial reprieve from the hustling culture especially at Causeway. The two tall men who attended to me know theor products by heart. They can engrave your bottle too! Really nice with your Chinese name. Limited to the easy characters. The stamp card is also a thoughtful engaging touch. Ask for the Bitters and the Alpine collection.

I was just casually passing by this store and the aesthetic totally pulled me in. Tried a few fragrances and immediately found one I loved, so I had to get it! From testing the scents to customizing the free engraving and the whole packaging experience, everything just felt like a journey rather than a simple purchase. Big recommendation 🥰

Really unique perfume and very beautiful store! The staff were very accommodating. We purchased quite a lot, so we got 2 free candle sets, 4 patterned papers and 2 wrapping clothes. As the bottles are designed well, I like that they offer free engraving (can choose between gold and silver). This makes the bottle a collectible! I got the Triple Tea, as it's their most popular scent. But I also love the Nude and Her variants as they are clean scents.

The fragrances are particularly interesting, with a uniqueness rarely found in Western perfumery. Most scents are subtle, well-balanced, and not overly sharp or generic. My personal favorites were Triple Tea and Osmanthus, both unfortunately sold out with no clear restock timeline. After exploring the available options, I chose Void. Staff attentiveness also felt somewhat inconsistent, while some were warm and engaged, others appeared less proactive. This may be influenced by language barrier or local service style, though a more consistent approach would further elevate the experience. Indicating sold-out items directly on the testers would be a helpful improvement, both for customers and for streamlining staff communication. The payment process was smooth and efficient, and the availability of engraving services is a thoughtful touch, although I did not have the chance to try it due to time constraints. Wide selection of tea based perfumes. Subtle fragrance and doesn’t feel stuffy. The price ranges depending on the different scents and sizes. They do in store bottle engraving for the perfumes and can engrave in english and chinese
