Writing waiting even got appointment time still have to wait several hour to to get your name call

Repeatedly had to wait 3 hours for x-ray and another 3 hours for consultation by doctor. I agree the clinic had to encounter immense service demands but this could never be excuse for requiring patients to wait for exceptional long time. Everybody talks about big data. I firmly believe their past data can illustrate each x-ray physician and doctor can serve how many patients per hour. Why did they use to keep an blindful eye and never demonstrate their caring attitude about the patients. Just make simple revision of their schedules and every patient will be benefit. Let's make HK better.
