I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Lee Kai Man, as well as Nurse Chan and Nurse Chow, from the Diabetes department at New Kwong Wah Hospital. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care have provided tremendous support to my mother in managing her diabetes. They always take the time to explain her condition and treatment clearly, answer our questions with patience, and ensure that she receives the best possible care. We are especially grateful that they kindly prepared a reference letter for my mother before her trip. This letter helps airline staff and customs officers clearly understand the purpose of the medications and diabetes supplies she needs to carry with her while traveling. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail gave us great peace of mind. Thank you, Dr. Lee, Nurse Chan, and Nurse Chow, for your dedication, compassion, and outstanding service. Your support has made a meaningful difference to our family, and we truly appreciate everything you have done for my mother.

Hello yesterday I went for a checkup and linedup paid 400 and one dr I told me everything and I also try share more conviently he became and said go to clinic not here it’s emergency he was rude. I felt bad because we come to hospital when we sick feel low

arrived at noon but didn’t get to use the service until 3:30 PM. I had no idea I would have to wait that long. When I registered, they asked me to pay first and then told me to sit and wait. When it was almost my turn. I was next in line ,suddenly four other queues were allowed to go ahead of me. I asked the staff about it, but they didn’t give me any clear explanation.

My sister-in-law gave birth. But the experience was the worst for her. When she was in pain the nurses stood there giggling with each other and chatting. No care no empathy she was left in pain for over 8 hours . When asked by my wife who is a senior nurse in different hospital regarding the pain relief the administration was and the dosage then the nurses started to do something about it and called the doctor. The doctor was very professional but the nurses were very rude. There was some complication and told the father to wait out side. We waited for so long but no one updated us. We were worried sick in the wating area and finally when we asked the nurse to update us she came to meet us in the wating area she looked annoyed as spoke quite rudely and informed us that they had to operate. Only when we asked about the baby she informed us the baby was delivered. She did not tell us if the baby and mother was fine or not. We had to ask every question. The Nurses needs to be trained in empathy and professionalism.

A city hospital serving people in Kowloon mainly Tsimshatsui Yaumatei Jordon. The building looks solid, fascia, walls, windows all look good.
