P1 carpark: Light is dim, the 'hourly parking' signs are hanging on TOP with white background on one side while the monthly parking slots are another side. This P1 carpark has a wider path into car park and enable single direction for drive way. Each parking slot is slightly bigger than P2 carpark.

This place used to be a government multistory parking garage with cheaper rates. The government decided to take benefits off the people and made money by selling the land. The rate now is rather cheap and reasonable considering its location and how much the surrounding carparks are charging. I like how the owner is kind of making up for the citizens in some way. The path is kinda narrow, cautions is needed when there are cars on both way. It's still spacious compare to most carparks in Hong Kong.

Whoever designed this parking lot needs to be jailed. Why the heck would you put so many reflectors here when it's so brightly lid? There are literally a reflectors every 30cm, and get this, if that's not stupid enough for you, they doubled down and added an extra row of those down the middle. Please ban whoever in charge from ever building anything again
