今次同朋友去深水埗西九龍中心嘅「哈豆」慶祝生日，呢間店氣氛輕鬆又帶點玩味，最吸引我哋嘅係佢哋有「彩色畫碟」服務，可以自己揀圖案畫上碟上，真係好有儀式感。我哋今次揀咗超可愛嘅Cinnamoroll大耳狗，畫出嚟效果好靚，完全係打卡一流，影幾多張都唔夠。 食物方面，先講主食「豐盛紅燒牛肉湯麵」，湯底夠濃郁但唔會過鹹，牛肉燉得入味又夠軟腍，麵條彈牙，整體係好穩陣又有水準嘅一碗麵。小食方面，「甘梅蕃薯條」外脆內軟，配上酸甜嘅甘梅粉好開胃；「魚鬆肉燥時菜」就比較清新，肉燥香而不膩，加埋魚鬆增加口感層次。 至於滷味，我直接點咗「滷味我全都要」，包括滷蛋、雞翼、豆腐、牛腱同豬腳，每樣都入味均勻，滷水香氣濃但唔會死鹹，尤其牛腱同豬腳特別推薦，口感軟滑又有膠質感。 飲品方面揀咗統一麥香奶茶同波蜜冬瓜露，兩款都係經典選擇，夠凍夠解膩，配搭重口味嘅滷味啱啱好。 最有驚喜係甜品「滷蛋坐沙發（4寸肉燥飯蛋糕）」，造型已經好吸睛，仲加入自家製醃青瓜同辣蘿蔔乾，鹹甜交錯之餘帶點清新感，食落唔會覺得膩，反而幾有創意。 整體嚟講，「哈豆」無論係食物質素定創意都做得幾好，加上彩色畫碟服務令成個用餐體驗更加難忘，好適合同朋友聚會或者慶祝特別日子。如果想搵間可以食得開心又影得靚相嘅餐廳，呢度會係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

真係冇諗過food court都會有餐廳做到畫碟服務，而且畫得好靚，仲要係台灣菜。我諗喺觀塘覓食嘅人，唔多唔少都試過哈豆，一直都覺得哈豆好食得嚟仲要夠抵食。冇諗過佢開咗喺西九，仲可以幫你畫埋碟，吸引到我忍唔住為咗個畫碟服務去幫襯。 ‣ 滷蛋坐沙發 $78 原來滷肉飯都可以整成蛋糕咁精緻，顧名思義就滷蛋真係坐喺上面。圍住有豆乳炸雞、香腸、醃青瓜同菜脯，個蛋糕都算係幾豐富。滷肉肥瘦適中，中間亦都有肉燥汁做點綴，唔會話太乾。連埋隻碟一齊睇，個飯誠意真係滿分。 ‣ 豐盛紅燒牛肉湯麵 $68 牛肉都燉得幾入味，肉質軟腍唔嚡口。紅燒湯底味道好醇厚，但感覺唔會好厚重。除咗牛肉之外仲有香菇貢丸，咬落去都幾彈牙，吸埋啲湯汁都幾好食。 ‣ 滷味我全都要 $56 牛腱切得薄厚適中，筋位爽口。豬腳都滷得好入味，入口即化。雞翼你睇個顏色都唔使講，係幾好味。而滷蛋、豆腐配埋麵食好舒服，料唔會嫌多。 ‣ 炸物我全都要 $59 拼盤有齊豆乳炸雞、香腸、蝦卷、番薯條同香菇貢丸。個人最推薦佢嘅蝦卷，外皮酥脆，入面食到鮮甜味。而番薯條炸得都幾軟糯香甜，搭配甘梅粉真係一流。 ‣ 比臉大椒鹽豬扒 $42 椒鹽調味做得好到位，夠惹味但唔會過鹹。豬扒唔會乾爭爭，咬落去啖啖肉，係好傳統嗰種台式便當豬扒嘅風味。 ‣ 大西洋蘋果西打 ＋$7 食台灣嘢點可以唔飲蘋果西打，微微嘅氣泡感飲落去超級清爽。
