Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.

I recently had the opportunity to visit a futsal pitch located in a convenient area near Ngau Tau Kok MTR station. This well-maintained facility offers a hard ground suitable for 5-a-side matches. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the facilities had been recently renovated. The clean toilets and water machine added to the overall convenience of the venue. It was evident that the management takes pride in maintaining a pleasant environment for visitors. One aspect that stood out to me was the relatively low footfall at the location. Situated between factory and commercial buildings, the futsal pitch is not heavily crowded, allowing for a more enjoyable and relaxed playing experience. Booking a slot can be done effortlessly either by walking in or utilizing the government's SmartPLAY system. In terms of accessibility, the pitch is conveniently situated within a 7-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station. However, for those arriving by car, parking options can be a bit challenging. Around the pitch, there are paid street parking spaces, but they tend to fill up quickly. Alternatively, there is a paid parking garage nearby, providing a viable option for those driving to the

You can't compare it with the Promenade right across the street in terms of sea view and size. This is a relatively medium size park where you can sit down and fiddle around with your cell phone. Nothing amazing I must say, yet it was opened recently so it's clean and tidy.

Really clean toilet and showers. Wi-Fi is available near the football court but weaken at the seats from the boundary. Mild noise from vehicles passing by, however.

A fabulous open space for everyone. Long walking pathway by the sea. Plenty of wall artworks under the flyover. Stay till dusk to see the night view if time allows.

Park by the bay. Nice view on a clear day. Located next to a busy road is a minus.
