Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

a Korean chef-led bistro with a super value lunch set from $298 for two pick 2 mains from 10+ options, plus a half portion of salmon noodles and 2 drinks thick-cut salmon noodles were fresh and served cold with citrus soy sauce — light and refreshing my fav. was the eel rice bowl! fatty & juicy eel with a tamago hidden underneath! seared sashimi don was loaded with fresh seafood — so satisfying lunch set is now available at TST and the 16-course dinner menu from $298 looks tempting too

We tried Han Dining in Tsim Sha Tsui recently and enjoyed the Korean-Japanese fusion tasting menu. The 16-course set was elegant yet approachable, with standout dishes like the raw beef tartare, grilled wagyu salad, and salmon stone pot rice. The ambiance is sleek and modern, perfect for a special meal. Wine pairing with makgeolli was a nice touch too. Not bad!

A delightful dining experience. All dishes were pretty good, like the braised beef short ribs and zucchini pancake especially. Decent pricing. Would like to visit again later when they change the menu.

Visited just three days after opening and tried the HKD 298 course. This Korean–Japanese omakase offers amazing value for the price. The meal starts with refined small bites that feel like dishes from a cooking competition — creative and well executed. The sushi platter stands out with unique presentation and clean, high-quality flavors, especially the salmon, scallop, and yellowtail. What impressed me most was how generous the course is. After sushi, there are still full Korean dishes including soup, chicken, and pork, followed by a proper dessert. Very filling and satisfying. Excellent quality, generous portions, and great pricing. I honestly hope they can keep the price at this level — it almost feels too good to be true. Highly recommended.
