About Hayley Massage

[ After a Massage ］ It's common to feel relaxed, tired or even sore after a massage. This is because your muscles are being worked by the massage therapist. After a massage, it may feel like you completed a workout. It is possible to experience a headache or nausea after a massage.

Some people think that massage must hurt to help. But a massage doesn't need to be painful to be effective.

If your massage therapist is pushing too hard, ask for lighter pressure. Occasionally you may have a sensitive spot in a muscle that feels like a knot. It's likely to be uncomfortable while your massage therapist works it out. But if it becomes painful, speak up. Most serious problems come from too much pressure during a massage.

Great experience at Haley Massage in Hong Kong! The boss lady is very professional with excellent massage skills. The shop is clean, quiet and cozy. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended for relaxation, will come again!

This is such a great place for massage. Auntie Hayley is very knowledgable and does a great job. She’s also super friendly and smiley. The shop is clean, peaceful and calming. Highly recommended.

Hayley is a very experienced massage therapist, who shares her expertise and knowledge alongside the treatment. She adapted to my body aches and by the time I finished my lymphatic drainage massage treatment, my body was no longer stiff; and what I originally thought was an unrelated migraine had also been released through the massage. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Highly recommend!

Amazing massage! This is the best massage I’ve had in HK (having tried out a variety of places in the past). Hayley is a super knowledgeable massage therapist and her massage genuinely helped me feel immediately lighter. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend anyone to give this place a try

This is one of the best massages I have ever had! I did 95 minutes pressure point massage and I felt like floating in the air afterwards. Super affordable and the environment is very clean and neat.
