Disappointing experience for my first visit. I showed the Japanese Creative Director a reference photo for a current Japanese face-framing layer cut. Unfortunately, the technical execution was completely off—the cut lacks proper structure, was severely over-thinned with thinning shears, and ended up looking like a dated 1970s style. My hair is now very difficult to manage daily. Expected much higher precision from a director-level stylist at this price point.

I loved my hair in the end! My hairstylist was Zona, she’s super fun and also kind! She’s patient and double checks in with you, like I was getting bangs so she asked what length I wanted for my bangs.

I had a wonderful experience with Takashi San! He is a fantastic hairstylist who is both super professional and incredibly polite. He gave me great advice on my hair, and the whole process was so relaxing. I couldn't be happier with my new haircut and will definitely be coming back!

It was my first visit to the hair salon, and I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I decided to get my hair dyed and cut, and because I have a sensitive scalp, I appreciated that the hairstylist offered a second wash to rinse out as many chemicals as possible. Afterwards, my scalp felt much better, which I truly appreciated. They even kindly told me to call them if my doctor needs the hair dye ingredients. Their service was truly outstanding and made my experience very pleasant.

I went there on a friend's recommendation, and I was satisfied the first time. However, this second experience was the worst. When dyeing my hair, the Japanese stylist in charge didn't check the color even once, left it like that for a while, and then a staff member guided me to the shampoo. The staff members were chatting amongst themselves during the shampoo and treatment, and proceeded with the treatment without explaining whether it was being done or not. When my hair was dried, some parts of it weren't dyed properly and remained black, and the oil that had been applied around my face wasn't properly washed off during the shampoo and was sticky, but the stylist quickly applied the oil to the undyed parts, wiped it with a wet towel, and then moved on to the cut. The cut was also done quickly and without care. In a two-hour cut, color, and treatment session, the stylist actually did less than 15 minutes of work, which was a negligible amount of work. This was the first time in my life that my hair was dyed unevenly in some areas, and the service was the worst.
