They’re claiming that selling the perfumes for a discounted rate but it is more expensive than other stores. So if you want to pay heavy for a lesser value product than it’s your place.

Do not buy here! The bald old guy (they said he is the owner) is very rude!!!! We bought 5 perfumes already and my friend arrived later than us, of course she wants to try perfumes before she can decide, but she already put 1 on the counter for her. The bald guy is the one assisted her. Then she said, I will just get that one (the others she tried doesn’t really smells good for summer!) and the bald guy said in cantonese “you tried so many and you will only buy one!” But she only tried 5 scents including the one she liked. The lady staff is accomodating though. We will not come back here anymore! The owner itself is rude! I hope their business will close down because of his attitude. I do not recommend them

We have bought over 50 perfumes from them in the past few years, but now their service is absolutely terrible. Rude and argumentative for smelling a perfume. How does someone buy a perfume without smelling a perfume.

Absolutely horrible service! The bald grandpa was more than happy to help when it looked like we wanted to buy something, but when we said we will come back the next day (as we live down the road) he threw the products under the counter and chased us away. SASA is cheaper anyways for a variety of their products.

I went to this place just now and I was in search of a couple of perfumes for myself. The old guy served me and at first he seemed excited. However as soon as I asked if I could take a photo of the two colognes along with the store address so therefore when I’m done with my current one, I could go back and get these colognes (at this exact store). He started complaining by saying « oh if you’re not buying it then that means you’re just out here messing around…..» I’m like seriously?!. To be honest the HK retail sector and tourism’s reputation is already suffering for a couple of reasons (such as the history of poor services). You may want to fixed that attitude before it’s too late. Cause it’s already kinda too late (generally speaking). So please smarten up ! I’m only giving an one star for the selection of colognes that they have. I’ve travelled around the world such as Africa, Middle East, North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Hence I think I’m qualified to a certain degree to make such a statement.
