Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Dining Experience at Hesheeat, Causeway Bay Today we had lunch at Hesheeat in Causeway Bay, and it was an unforgettable experience. We came all the way from Dubai because a friend highly recommended this restaurant, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and the beautiful view made our meal even more enjoyable. A special thanks to our servers, Maggy and Kiki, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We especially loved the stunning Causeway Bay views while dining. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere made this one of the highlights of our trip to Hong Kong. We highly recommend Hesheeat to anyone visiting Hong Kong. It’s definitely a place you shouldn’t miss!

I walk past this place all the time, but today was actually my first time going in. Since it was just after six in the evening, I figured it would be early enough to avoid the queues. I’d been craving their soufflé pancakes for ages, so we kept it simple and ordered just a few things to share. First up was the tomato shrimp with garlic bread. The shrimps were absolutely delicious, especially because there were loads of sliced garlic on top, I love garlic, so that was a big win for me. There was a slight kick of chilli as well, which really lifted the flavour and made everything taste even better. It was savoury, fragrant and just properly satisfying. We also had the cheeseburger. The beef patty was thick and juicy, really meaty and full of flavour. It came with chips that were wonderfully crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Nothing overly fancy, just done very well. Of course, the highlight was the pistachio soufflé pancake with a swirl of soft-serve ice cream. It looked amazing and tasted even better. The caramel topping was beautifully crunchy, and when you mixed it with the warm, fluffy pancake, the cold ice cream and the pistachio bits, the contrast was unreal: ho

Honestly, during my holiday in Hong Kong, this is the restaurant with the best taste. Everything is SOO GOOD and delicious, the service is kind and friendly. The drinks are also delicious even the dessert This is one of the place that I think you must try when you go to Hong Kong especially if you bring children, because most of the menu is kids friendly too.Overall we are very happy to eat here. Will be back!

The standout here is definitely the dessert—it steals the show. The main course is fine, fairly average, but the environment feels overcrowded and the staff are stretched too thin. One waitress in particular came across with a brusque, almost ordering tone, which made the service less pleasant. With similar price points, there are better options nearby, so it’s best to avoid this place during peak hours.

Dined at this restaurant at 3:45pm on a Saturday and only waited about 5 minutes for a table. Justin attended to us and provided good service. We tried the Beef Wellington starter, which was wrapped in popiah skin. It tasted good, especially with the accompanying sauce. The Salmon Mentai Pasta was a little on the heavier side — perhaps a touch more spice or slightly less cream would help balance the richness. We added mochi to the soufflé pancake. The hazelnut flavour was mild, and the pistachio added a nice extra crunch to the overall texture. Total bill came to $428. The environment was relaxing, though it can get quite noisy when the restaurant is crowded.
