So far so good Pretty average compare with other cafe shop in HK I have ordered beef noodle and HK style milk tea Maybe I expected too much :)

This stall is easily the highlight of the market. Every dish is vibrant and cooked to order. The beef slices/ Pork liver are impressively fresh, but the real star is the soy sauce—it has a unique depth of flavor that suggests a house-secret recipe. Another level shit.

The beef slices and meat balls are very tender and juicy. Milk tea is better than a lot of other places. Service is considered good given the number of walk-in customers. But in the soup of that macaroni bowl, I found a tiny thread of something which is not supposed to be there. A star off for that one.

Probably one of the best satay beef noodle in town, very local and tidy (consider it is located inside of a market) Noodles: rich flavors but noodles slightly on the soft side. Also try the spring onion corned beef egg sandwich, very nice as well.

In my opinion, this is the best outlet in this food market. Do try out their rice dishes for lunch, which they use fresh beef, pork & pig’s liver to cook. It tasted good & little trace of MSG which made one felt like eating at home. Satay beef instant noodle was ok but I found the satay a bit too sweet for me. Milk tea was good, not too oily & definitely above average in HK. Besides, prices were fairly cheap. Seats were limited as they have 4 round tables only. Sautéed beef with onion & chili tasted nice though the beef should have been marinated with soda powder to soften the texture. Sautéed pork tasted better. The popular dish of pan-fried beef in rice noodle was quite disappointing since not well seasoned though well pan-fried.
