源生坊 有機功能產品專門店 Health Aims Organic Functional Products Specialty, an organic and health food shop in Kwun Tong, is at 九龍觀塘協和街33號裕民坊商場1樓1A9-1A11號舖. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.

At wet-market stalls meat, seafood and vegetables are often priced by the catty (斤) or tael (兩), and prices move with the season and the weather, while supermarkets mostly sell pre-packed, price-labelled goods. Alcohol may only be sold to people aged 18 or over, so you may be asked for ID. The days before Lunar New Year are the busiest of the year for markets and dried-seafood shops, and many stalls close for the first few days of the new year.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 10:30–20:30. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 8100 9097; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, healthaims.com.hk.

There is no Google rating yet. That is common for new and smaller businesses and says nothing about quality either way; if you visit, an honest review will help the next person choosing.

Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating.
