My iPad Pro repair experience was deeply disappointing, and I'm now returning home with a broken device. Crucially, the shop owner failed to disclose upfront that he only had a faulty replacement screen available. When I noticed the defect – a wave pattern at the bottom rendering the screen unusable – his only solution was to reinstall my original, scratched screen. What followed was shocking. He violently ripped out the faulty screen, banging my iPad aggressively on his desk in the process. He then simply slotted my old screen back in without applying any adhesive. When I questioned the lack of glue, he responded with further aggression. He tore the screen out again, even more forcefully, and applied so much adhesive that the screen is now visibly bulging from the excess glue. Throughout this ordeal, I was utterly confused, while the owner grew increasingly angry and hostile. The result: I'm returning home with a non-functional iPad. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Frankly, I cannot understand the numerous positive, brief reviews this place has – be extremely wary of potential bot reviews! 小心機器人評論！！！

I took my IPhone 14 for screen replacement, I got the screen replaced. Error message appeared on the screen for restarting the phone and align after repair. This message checks if the replaced screen after the service is original or not. The shop dealer was afraid and didn’t want me to check if the screen was not original. He told me if i did the check the touchscreen would not work. The her replaced back my broken screen on the phone and the message disappeared. And he did more damage to my phone than before even the screen is now having a black dot in it after he returned it back on the phone. The job was unprofessional, Glue was coming out from the rear cover and the phone frame side wall had a minor dent then he filed the side wall and created a hole in that place of the dent which ruined the phone, Now I cannot sell it looks horrible, my phone is Iphone 14 , even before I started the repair job, I inquired if all parts will be original, he replied that all replacement parts are original. As a conclusion, I didn’t like the job, neither his attitude nor his honesty.

They replaced the battery for my iPad while I waited. Took 15 minutes. Friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
