TERRIBLE PLACE! THE LADY ALSO IS SO DECEITFUL. COMPLETELY RUINED MY JACKET AND MADE IT MORE DUSTY.

All the dust and stain still remain on all my items. Feel like they rushed the job, and Pays no attention to detail. Service timing was as promised.

Directions- inside Kowloon station. Go to level where in-town check-in is located. Store is to RIGHT side of the counters. Look for the Hertz or Fairwood signs. Located next door to these retails. I actually didn’t used their service, I needed regular laundry not dry clean. But lady at counter was very nice and pointed me in correct direction (which is located directly opposite from them on other side of check in counters).
