About 40% of Hong Kong's land is country park or special area, and hiking trails run through every district. Before a hike or a beach day check the Hong Kong Observatory forecast and warnings, bring enough water, sun protection and a charged phone, and stay on the trail; the country parks ask visitors to take their litter home.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:00–24:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. Phone: 2926 8000. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. Its website is 1881heritage.com, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
At 4.2 out of 5 on Google (6,864 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has the Avenue of Stars and the Cultural Centre, Star Ferries cross to Central and Wan Chai, and the area is full of hotels, malls and restaurants.

1881 Heritage is a stunning destination! It served as the Hong Kong Marine Police Headquarters until 1996, and today it beautifully preserves its historical architecture and artifacts. The entire plaza looks absolutely magical when lit up at night. Now housing luxury boutiques, fine dining, and upscale bars, it is the perfect outdoor shopping spot if you are looking to treat yourself to high-end items.

Heritage 1881 (formerly Marine Police Headquarters) is a stunning Victorian-era complex built in 1881. Declared a monument in 1994, it was revitalised into a luxury shopping, heritage hotel and shopping destination (1881 Hullett House). Iconic features include the historic stables, Time Ball Tower and colonial architecture. Yes there are shops here but the real draw is the architecture which is immaculately maintained and stunning in design. The location near TST Harbour City and the coast means it is very well placed for a good day of activities.

This historical place was situated near the ferry pier and the bus terminal. Visitors were welcomed free of charge. It was previously a marine police headquarter and also one of the weather observatories. The facilities were well maintained but some escalators and stairway were closed. Part of the platform with nice decorations was arranged for marriage celebration. The view from the upper level was still attractive. High-end retail stores were operating in the place. The point was worth a visit.
