Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

There was a sign saying buy two drinks and get a free magnet, never says anything cannot use the app to order (which is something they encourage in the front of the store). Feel being cheated and really disappointed by the attitude of the store people.

Very disappointing of it's service. There are many staff but they don't serve customers. They just work hard to make drinks and leave the ready drinks on one side without serving customers. All customers wait for 15 to 20 minutes. When we approach them, they didn't speak to us. We just checked those drinks label and took them. The staff just didn't care.

The mango and coconut drink is absolutely divine. It is rich, flavorful, and so satisfying that it takes a while to finish. It was filling in the best way and felt like it just kept going and going. I cannot wait to come back for another one. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the packaging was lovely, with thoughtful little notes on each of the stickers on the back. Such a nice touch that made the whole experience even better.

My wife & I both love Heytea. In the UK, we visit the Heytea branch in London (Soho) every month. However, this was only the first time we tried the Heytea outside London! We came here to the Mong Kok branch & ordered a cup of Cheese crisp grape boom ($41) & a cup of Cheese mango boom($41). Surprisingly, they tasted exactly the same to the ones we had in the UK, except that they were almost 75% cheaper! As usual, we loved the Cheese on top, together with the sweet fruity slushie & the wonderful ice tea! Service was fast & staffs were nice! What a wonderful little gem in Mong Kok! (please note that they only do takeaway)

Heytea sets the standard for fruit-based tea drinks with its fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and creative pairings. Each sip highlights the quality of the tea and the natural sweetness of real fruit. Their signature blends, like the cheese foam-topped teas, are both unique and satisfying. Though slightly pricier, the exceptional quality and taste make it worth it. Heytea is a must-visit for anyone craving a refreshing and premium fruit tea experience!
