Super professional and detailed. The inspector explained each and every items from the car’s exterior, rims, windows, mirrors all the way to the engine and suspension as well as internal items such as the AC. Would definitely rely on them if I buy another car.

HKMI is either incompetent or working together with car dealers to outright scam customers. Was in the market for a car and the dealer organized for HKMI to inspect the car claiming it was an independent company. HKMI cleared the car with no issues at all and I bought the car on that basis. Brought the car the very next day to my personal mechanic and they identified major issues with the coolant lines, engine cover gasket and some suspension joints. I would assume that anyone remotely competent or actually working on behalf of the customer would have noticed these. Avoid HKMI at all costs.
