Scam. They act like they are a professional medical centre but they are not at all. Constantly referring to the physiologist as a doctor, staff wearing white robes. Trial was $380 and after the sessions they will ask you to buy a package of $40,000. The price of each session is around $2000 on average and you won’t even get to see the physio. Just a random person who operates the machine on you.

Bad after sales service. They don’t care once you paid them for a package.

slow. My treatment time is 20 min and they are late for 20-30min even though you arrive 5 min before the appointment time.

went to do a trial for $380 then was told to add on others, ended up buying a $30k package that include 3 different treatments which later on i found out was decided by a non physio / doctor, but a sales instead. was only assessed by i can only assumed is a doctor on the first time, and then all the other times i went, no one was there to assess if i have gotten better, the treatments i had were strictly based on how the operating personnel feel like, with no actual concrete update on my case, nor why it should be those areas that needed to be treated. and half way through my package, they started saying 1 of the treatments doesnt match my case and offered to give me another package by adding on more money. my question was, if it wasnt right then how come there were no doctor to assess until so late through my package. the doctor showed up and looked at my case only when my package was close to done, and they started to care about my case not to my surprise, they started offering special offer once my deal was done. if i could rate a 0/5 i would, except the 2 male massage therapists that were helpful. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

Got scammed into buying a 50,000 package as they said you will need it to help with your pain. Was more like a facial place instead of a professional clinic. Only get to see a licensed professional who looks at your situation the first time you visited . Once you buy they don’t really have a qualified doctor or professional to follow up with you to monitor your condition. They use unqualified technicians to apply standard machines on you without a qualified evaluation of your condition each time. What’s worst are the receptionists who were absolutely irresponsive, irresponsible rude and unhelpful which makes the whole experience a nightmare each time. As they will deduct your sessions if you are 20 minutes late but yet on the other hand their receptionists are so tardy in responding it’s impossible to change an appointment once you book, it’s another good way to ensure your sessions are just deducted without actually being used I presume . Really regret buying the package and the discrepancy in service after. Wonder if there is any type of consumer protection for this at all.
