Please be highly cautious before signing up with HKT Netvigator, as their sales tactics feel incredibly predatory and their customer service is non-existent once they have your money. While the staff are polite when forcing you into expensive plans, they become dismissive and hostile the moment you raise a legitimate concern. Furthermore, they automatically extend contracts without explicit consent, shifting the blame to the customer by claiming an automated SMS or email was sent. If you need to terminate your plan early due to an emergency, beware—they will demand exorbitant exit fees amounting to three times the remaining contract value, claiming it is hidden in the terms. Save yourself the immense financial stress and avoid HKT entirely.
