香港補習導師會 - HKTUTOR, a tutoring centre in Kwun Tong, is at 九龍觀塘觀塘工業中心三期 2樓. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. The address puts it on an upper floor, so note the floor and unit number; some buildings ask visitors to register at the lobby, and lifts can be slow at busy times.

Under the Education Ordinance, tutoring centres above a certain size must register with the Education Bureau as schools, and registered centres usually display their certificate. Before enrolling, ask about the tutors' qualifications, class sizes, timetable and full fees, and about refunds and make-up classes; many tutoring centres and hobby classes offer a trial lesson. Treat promises of guaranteed passes or school places with care, and get any terms in writing.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2370 0464; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is hktutor.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It shows 5.0 out of 5 on Google, but from only 4 reviews, so treat it as a first impression rather than a verdict.

Kwun Tong is part of the Kwun Tong District in Kowloon. Kowloon is densely packed: Nathan Road runs north from Tsim Sha Tsui towards Prince Edward, lined along with its side streets by shops, restaurants and upstairs businesses, and most places are a few minutes' walk from an MTR station. Mong Kok's street markets, Sham Shui Po's electronics and fabric streets and Kowloon City's Thai restaurants are familiar landmarks for shopping and eating. Many Kwun Tong industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios; note the building name and floor, as access can differ in the evening and at weekends.
