This is a shop where you generally collect your online orders as well as stocking up on essentials from their small shop. The main negativeness is not really to do with the retail staff but the merchant's who delay the order or the logistics staff have issues delivering your items. Many times my basic soya milk was delayed and then cancelled was down to down to the silly merchant not honouring my order. For me the staff at the Caine Road shop are friendly and helpful. It was during the initial pandemic when they sold out so many items and couldn't cope with deliveries did they had a bad name for themselves.

Went there on a Sunday for a HKTV pickup and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

HKTVmall is a chain store that sells fruits, juice, wine, canned food, frozen meat and so on. Good quality and reasonable price. I found them selling good Taiwanese mangoes. These mangoes are sweet and juicy, and there are several varieties to choose from. Now at HKTVmall, you can find these quality mangoes. I'm sure you'll be satisfied with these products.

Quite bad experience using their online service. Customer service is non-existent. Delivery did not arrive in time, I was not notified in time that delivery will be delayed. When I said I no longer need the item and want to cancel delayed delivery (alcohol for a party that already took place) they refused to do anything or even to contact me directly, I have been sent in circles over an email. Not a reliable service. Will not be using again.
