Really genuine, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Spent over an hour picking out sleeping bags and they even spent time helping me research and give advice on what to prepare and expect for my first hiking trip.

The salesperson is very patient and courteous, providing assistance to every customer, although you might have to wait a bit for your turn. I visited the store for watersport shoes, but they offer a wide range of items for camping and hiking as well.
