About HOKA
HOKA, a sports and outdoor shop in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, is at 香港島銅鑼灣百德新街C號號舖華納大廈. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted.
It pays to compare prices before you buy and to check that the price shown includes everything. Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets work in most shops, though small ones may be cash only or set a minimum for cards; weekend and public-holiday afternoons are busiest, so weekday daytime is better for a relaxed browse.
Opening hours: daily, 12:00–21:00. It opens every day of the week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
At 3.5 out of 5 on Google (26 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.

The store sold me two pairs of shoes in a larger adult size - they told me Hoka has stopped manufacturing shoes for kids. I found the kids shoes in Harbour city and went back to return shoes and they said our policy is no returns only exchange This is misrepresenting what exists

So rude. Opened late, blamed our card instead of the machine not working.

Hoka is a relatively new athletic shoe brand and is making a lot of waves in the running world. Their shoes are also good for trail running, walking and just for everyday use. They're known for having very soft thick soles. This branch is on Paterson street in causeway bay. It's the biggest Hoka store that I know of in HK.

The quality of the products are poor, even “new” pairs from the storeroom have been worn multiple times before and have damages. You need to check them carefully. Service staff have poor attitude, take it or leave it and just wants to push sales.. Telling you that dirt or damages are normal.. for a $1,299 hkd shoe, it is up to you if you want a damage piece.
