I stayed here during Typhoon Noul in 2026. The team here is wonderful. Ardis the Manager of the breakfast area went above and beyond to make sure both my elderly mom and myself were well taken care of. Overnight Security Officer 鄭先生personally help us to hire the Uber, with strong rain and wind blowing sideways. Their genuine kindness made our stay unforgettable. Whoever pays these 2 great men their salary must give them bonuses or raises, and gives them promotion for their dedications in their jobs!

We are the guests on the 11th floor. 娟姐Juan, the cleaning aunt in charge of the floor, has a very good service attitude. She is very polite and respects the wishes of the guests. She is not rigid and easy to work. We returned to the hotel in advance. In order not to disturb our rest, she chose to clean our room first. It was very pleasant to communicate with him. Really, she is absolutely worthy of praise.
