About HOMELESS Lee Gardens

HOMELESS Lee Gardens is a furniture and homewares shop in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, at Shop 111, 1/F, 10 Hysan Ave, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor of a building (an "upstairs shop", very common in Hong Kong), so note the floor and unit number; lifts can be slow at busy times, and some older buildings only have stairs.

It pays to compare prices before you buy and to check that the price shown includes everything. Octopus, credit cards, FPS and e-wallets work in most shops, though small ones may be cash only or set a minimum for cards; weekend and public-holiday afternoons are busiest, so weekday daytime is better for a relaxed browse. Flats in Hong Kong are compact, so measure doors, the lift and the room before buying furniture, and ask about delivery and assembly charges.

Opening hours: daily, 11:00–20:00. It is open seven days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. You can call 3620 3675; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is homeless.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

At 3.8 out of 5 on Google (51 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.

Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

Ordered a floor lamp online and it was told to be delivered in 8 weeks. Closer to the delivery date, no further notice from Homeless so called them to follow up. Then I was told the shipment is delayed for another month. They didn’t even give any compensation nor apologise about this.

Very good selection of cool and quirky products. It's quite enjoyable just admiring at the the designs.

Cool stuff but don't order online. We ordered on 18 Sep and were aware of the 8-12 week delivery. They emailed on 3 Nov to say they could deliver two of three items in 1-2 weeks, and then the other item later. We didn't hear anything for over a month, so emailed them on 10 Dec and again on 14 Dec. No reply so had to call, only to find out our products were sitting in the warehouse for no apparent reason. Update: today came and went without the delivery as promised. No calls or communication. This gets them downgraded to one star. It seems I am not alone and that their online delivery service is really indefensible - AVOID.

I have the issue with HOMELESS.com.hk's online shopping. No delivery updates for furnitures at all despite numerous requests for updates. 12 weeks have passed, money not refunded. absolutely terrible

We ordered a Capisco chair in July and were told that delivery will be scheduled in October. However, they've delayed it a couple of times and can't keep their promised delivery date. We haven't received the chair until now and they still can't provide a date. Followed up in late Nov. again and were told that the chair is ready but somehow (?) can't be shipped to HK (which they can't provide a reason). No estimate delivery date. We are deeply disappointed with this process, and we are deeply concerned that we are unlikely to receive our chair this year as it's approaching Xmas. We understand there may be difficulties during Covid19 situation but this should not be an excuse for indefinite delay of product delivery, nor is it a fair excuse for continuing breach of the contract. I'm not sure I'll trust this shop for any oversea orders in the future. Update: we followed up again in early Dec. ( they just wouldn't keep people updated) and were told that the chair arrived but not the cushion (WHY?). Delivery scheduled in late Dec. and we FINALLY received the chair after almost half a year. The cushion was then delivered in late January 2021.
