A very horrible and lousy clinic which I have ever been to in my entire life. We are from Singapore, and when my son was down with stomach flu, such a simple sickness. He dared not diagnose him for a stomach flu and prescribe medication. He said he suspected some stomach infection and intestinal ruptured?!!! And wanted to refer us to a hospital instead. I can sense that he doesn’t want to take responsibility to diagnose foreigner. So in the end we paid $500Hk dollar for a referral letter to hospital. This is very absurd for to know that hongkong doctors are so inexperienced. I actually read the review and didn’t know the experience can be this bad. If a doctor doesn’t want to take responsibility, why should he want to open a clinic? To everyone who read this, please consider carefully before visiting this clinic- dr Cheung Tsz Ki Jackie. Visiting him for a cure is a risk to take.

今次睇郭醫生，醫生態度正常專業，藥物未知道是否有效。今天星期日診斷費加藥物費$500起，能夠理解。到達醫院告知今天只收現金，已叫朋友幫手拎了$500cash。看醫生時多次強調今天發熱39.1-39.2都有多種建議如測流感/打退熱針，全部都拒絕後只告知會給較為強效的退燒藥，並沒有提前告知會再加費用。等待藥物時間都較長，叫名拎藥先告知今天收費$660，也理解強效藥可能會加價。因為燒得很嚴重禮貌地詢問前台護士可否給其他payment，因真的太不舒服。護士態度惡劣，收起藥物說：咁你去拎現金。並不近人情。如若態度良好地告知真的沒辦法，只可以收取現金，我充分理解。可是護士長期對病患毫無關心，沒有耐性，惜字如金。我並不認為這是一個適合的態度，不論藥物是否有效，之後不會再看。等待時間很長，前面四位病患至少等待一小時，已經很不舒服還被護士惡劣對待，並不推薦。如若等待期間告知我會收費多少少我還可以提早去拎，等完一輪才告知。。

No need to wait too long but Dr Cheung Tsz Ki is not helpful at all. Consultation is rush and not providing solutions or suggestions. Another Dr in same clinic used to be much more helpful. For cases concerning ear, no need to waste money and time here anymore.
