Feedback Regarding Recent Service Experience Overall, your team's overall performance was reasonably good. I understand that for a laboratory, accuracy and professionalism are the top priorities, so I didn't hold overly high expectations regarding the customer service. However, I would like to share a few observations about my experience: 1. Reception Desk Needs Improvement: Whether over the phone prior to my visit or in person at the front desk, both receptionists were extremely cold and distant—responding almost like robots with zero warmth. As someone undergoing medical/lab testing, a little empathy goes a long way. Having front-line staff present a warmer and more gentle demeanor would make a huge difference in the patient experience. 2. Commendation for the Phlebotomist / Nurse: On a very positive note, I would like to highly commend the nurse who handled my blood draw. Her bedside manner was exceptionally warm, gentle, and comforting, which put me completely at ease. She truly deserves praise for her outstanding work. I hope management can address the receptionist staff's customer service approach while passing along my sincere appreciation to the nurse who drew my blood. Tha

The receptionist and nurse were both very nice, the process was smooth and efficient and there was not much wait. I don’t know why the place was so rated poorly.

Nurse and radiologist are nice (the two stars are for them). Receptionists are the worst I've ever seen, rude and impatient.
