I’ve banked over 30 years with Citi HK and today I’ve experienced the best customer service at this branch. Unlike the services I’ve received in the past at other branches especially the Central branch, Andrey was warm and welcoming, she went extra mile offering her expert guidance taking me through the process, step by step, to update my online banking needs using my phone. Her professional knowledge, patience and attitude were exceptional; she’s a valuable credit to the bank.

I am not surprised to see all the bad reviews on Google after experienced it myself today. I stopped by to check on FX exchange since it is very close to my hotel. The staff at the counter was so inpatient and had bad attitude with such a simple question. Avoid this branch!

Much quieter than Central branch. Very easy to get account admin done.

It's the worst experience in Hong Kong Banking. If you don't have a Hong Kong Citibank account. Don't bother to go there. I should have trusted the review that people left on Google and go to somewhere else. They will say your VIP Gold status is no good here. Talk about discrimination. And both of their ATM can only do deposits. You can't withdraw your money for your own account. What's even more outrageous is that they claim that my Gold debit card is no good in Hong Kong. I can't withdraw money using my card. I think the Citibank regional Bank manager should get fired for letting his staff discriminate against all people with exception of Hong Kong people. Even more importantly the Citibank regional bank manager doesn't even bother to read the review that people leave on Google. Hong Kong use to be top financial center in Asia and their banking services were top notch. They would go out of their way to help you to get things done. Now it has fallen to the bottom of Asia financial services and now I understand why. I have to go across the street to the charter Bank to withdraw money which I have to pay a transaction fee. I came here twice this month. Usually the staff by the door would ask why you are here to direct you where to go to be assisted Last time the staff solved my query quickly Today, the guy in front of me had lots of questions so it was a much longer wait. During the wait, staff (more than 1 of them!) who were sitting at the desks nearby looked free (no customer by their booth) and just looking around but they would not offer assistance to you and trying their best to avoid eye contact with you.
