Neat study room, only annoying thing is that there's some people who leave their belongings in seats close to chargers and plugged in, which makes finding a charging spot hard.

the library is dated and small. most of the books that i want wasn't available here. not too many seats too. the self-help center couldn't scan all books, some you could do it, then take the other half down back to the counter at the entrance. so it's a waste of effort like doing things twice. but the staff was very nice and helpful. follow me on ig: food.n.cats.not1less

This public library and study room are opened daily. The library is at the fourth floor where the study room is at the fifth floor. At the third floor of this Government Building is a cooked food Centre where you can have a quick bite easily. At the thirteen floor is a Indoor Games Hall where you can play basketball, table tennis, badminton but you have to book in advance.

Environment is more better than last 4 years...clean, silent, less peoples visit. Major factors are no more coughing and sleeping peoples in sitting area.
